. is indeed rather glorious. Airport for the Noughties. I couldn't understand why the audience wasn't laughing as much as I was. As I said to my companion as the roll was called of cute kids, nursing mothers, babies, fat women, flower hippy chicks, annoying princesses, fat black comedy interests, etc etc, "where's the singing nun?"

But hasn't Samuel Jackson paid for his new kitchen yet then??

I suspect that I won't see it until it arrives on my freeview set, but am glad to hear that it's funny. I saw Samuel L on The Daily SHow and he looked like he had a ball. Loved the kitchen line ;-)

If anything it was a satire on Die hard type disaster films .. but really it's fairly straight.

I'm afraid my friends and I may have rather upset the theatre when we cheered for Samuel L Jackson's "Enough is enough!" line. Certainly, we seemed to be getting a lot more out of it than the rest of the audience.

Maybe we had just been corrupted by Clerks II the previous week, where everyone decided that, just because Kevin Smith said a swear, it was clearly the cool thing to say "Fucking excellent film Kevin, I really fucking enjoyed it..."
