Still spamming..
10 pp of footnotes to go - after one bike ride (yes!), one stir fry (yum), one g n t, one prune of the wisteria growing all over my window, one look at the Lost disc of out takes and one consideration of ringing my mother. yes I'm that deep in avoidance..
.. that I thought I'd chronicle the fish-and-a-bit-of-chicken diet so far as I'm actually q impressed with how much cooking I've done this week (odd, eh?)
Saturday: seabass, and prawn risotto in nice pub as already chronicled
Sunday: bbq salmon w. salad, raspberries, pink wine :)
Monday: fish pie (salmon, cod, smoked haddock w dill)w resh peas and runner beans (mmm - years since I've had fresh peas & first time I've ever made a real white sauce!)
Tuesday: invited G over to finish up various things about to go off => parma ham with melon, and mozarella and tomatoes on the side, followed by marinated reggae reggae chicken breast(mm) with new potatoes and salad
Wed: remainder of chicken stir fried w peppers, mushrooms, ginger, coriander, lime - mmm.
Apart from wine , which I have not given up but am trying to er cut down, this is so far both luxurious and as far as I can tell q good for me - I was definitely less porcine this am. I wonder how long I can keep this up?
