Probably. Everything is over-significant this season.

Can't say I'll be sorry to see Piper go. I think her acting talent is...er.. overestimated.

I have to say that as soon as that line came out I assumed that meant Rose would die in Ep. 13 this series. There's been a number of things pointing at a major event then, including someone dying - although I was half suspecting it might be Jackie rather than Rose until now. But this line was too specific to be ignored.
