I'm making roast peppers with cherry tomatoes and garlic in them AND grilled stuffed mushrooms with nice cheese on top :)

I'm technically short-sighted, and have answered that way, it's about 0.5 dioptre in each eye and I only wear glasses for driving, and at the end of long days when I've been staring at screens, and haven't had enough sleep.

This is counterbalanced by my being a bit deaf. Actually, my absolute hearing ability seems to have improved a bit since I was 18 (I had a bad ear infection as a teenager), but I still suffer from great difficulty in hearing anything against a noisy background, hence my near-permanent "WHAT?" in convention bars.

But my near vision is also declining and I'll need bifocals this year or next.

The opthalmologist who diagnosed my assured me I would recover my vision if I refrained from focussing on things within arms' length for more than a few minutes at a time, for a year or so. Um.
