Welll, in the Dept of Things You Utterly Already KNew, Surallen really IS a total misogynist. Clare was STREETS ahead.

All a bit quiet and dull really. About time they replaced Surallen with new blood I think - head of Virgin Media anybody?? he might need a job soon :)

I was very pleased with the result - Claire was a total bitch. I know that business isn't about being nice, but she stabbed pretty much everyone in the back, she betrayed her project manager on several occasions and although the Apprentice is about being a standout and standalone candidate, the whole point of being in teams is to go by what your project manager says. Given that she couldn't do that, and was in the boardroom so many times for being on the losing team, and was hated by so many for being so annoying - whereas Lee was the opposite - I cannot see how he could have chosen Claire over Lee.

I've since been watching Enemies at the Gate while composing a ppt about how wonderful I am; I am now completely mystified..

Claire was by far the weaker candidate - she's a bitch and a bully, and not good at working with others.

Lee worked well with everyone, was never brought into the boardroom, and is far less stuck up his own arse. Surallen made the right decision, IMV!

I thought C & L were about on par, but mostly I'm glad that Alex-who's-only-24 finally got what he deserved. Well, what he deserved was a scorpion pit, but a small kick in the entitlement was something at least.
