Looking at car hire. I get cheaper results on Vauxhall Corsa but alts are the Golf and the Clio both of which I've driven before. Any particular reason why not to go with the Corsa?

i have a vauxhall astra which i love as it holds the road nicely, but it doesn't have any fancy bits like places to actually put your money for tolls or cup holders. But it is a nice drive

Driving around in a Corsa is like being in a biscuit tin. Depends if you like biscuits, I suppose.

I've driven a lot of Corsas in the Edinburgh City Car Club. They're bog standard small hatchbacks - exactly what you would expect for the money. Clio felt pretty much the same. Golf is a larger car, but I felt the 1.6 (hire option) was somewhat under-powered.
