green_amberI seem to be getting almost none of my comment email notifications, for the last 2-3 days. This seems to have happened coincidentally with whatever upgrade made my Outlook Email take up threading. Does anyone think this is the connection, and/or is anyone else having flakey comment notifications? If it's not coincidence perhaps it points to Soton having upgraded their email server in some strange way? nmg, elseware ?) I can't ckeck if the email notifns are going into spam because the Soton server, weirdly, doesn't seem to have a suspected spam foldern (as the Edinburgh version did) - I guess it just vanishes somewhere. Shite fucking system.
EDIT - FUCKING AHA. Found all 40 odd of my comment notifns, folded up neatly under the first comment, about six miles down my intray. Unfolded, it looks just like good old Usenet. this is going to take geting used to but I can see the advantages..
