So who's Jenny Turner then, huh?? Anyone?
Just back from the gym - satisfied but exhausted!! Lovely tapas and coffee with
hfnuala prior to that. And in a minute I'm off to see my ex scriptwriting companion Keith in some rather dodgy end of the pier show. It's all go these last few days. Last night was a veritable bacchanalia with 9 of the women from work, including my 3 best friends there : we had a delicious French meal cooked by Joelle and an awful lot of wine and cheese and chocolate: and made a great many cow jokes in dodgy Celtic accents, at which I laughed so much my stomach still hurts. (Edinburgh has gone cow mad - see pix coming soon..) Best Pal wants to hold a party in August for my going. I feel so sad to be leaving these people. (No, they didn't include anyone from my research centre though, before you ask.) Sigh.
Tomorrow is freeee and thus either open to offers or happy to tidy up, take things back to the shops and collapse with crap TV -- though if the sun comes out again, I will be scouting for people to go to the beach with (
lee_lou2 this means YOU!!)
