aaaahhh Just realised I ticked all the physically and mentally healthy stuff - that don't cost much money. I'm possessed!! And you don't need blackout curtains...it doesn't even get light til stupid o'clock these days...wait til spring for them I'm full of beans this morning - thus apologise profusely for my overly bouncy get-up-and-go attitude...but if you do you'll hate it for a wee while then your energy levels will go up loads.
