It's a fun idea, and I note that it's only been spotted as at a proof-of-concept sort of level of activity. Which is what I'd expect: only stupid people would do it.
It's not as if one can't readily get access to rude pictures of people - in whatever state of undress one desires - on the Internet without having to jump through CAPTCHA hoops, is it? I'm even led to believe that one can similarly obtain pictures and even videos of people being very friendly indeed with each other.
