Anna is really annoying me. Yes she's v photogenic and the camera loves her but as i thought in ep 1, i suspect she really simply isn't bright enough for the Bar. Articulate, confident, engaging, yes, but her actual analytical and argumentation skills are ropey. And if you failed an exam once on your notes, I'd usually suggest further research rather than rewriting and summarising the same notes over and over again.. not too intelligent (tho I note she does pass!) And taking the furniture job for quick cash is just, well, stupid (as her mentor told her).

What I'd like is the gender ratio of those 1 in 5 who get a pupillage. Are they as overly female dominatd as this prog would seem to suggest (which wouldn't surprise me given the general better results and study skills of women law graduates) or are they just following more women because they're prettier/ make better TV?

Also is that 1 in 5 fig country wide or just for those looking at the trad London Inns??
