Many thanks! I spent the day watching '30s movies (and also Birth -- ooo-weeee-ooo!), sipping scotch, getting sercon, and watching Denys deal with his dead car (it got better). The one great effort was to change the light bulb on the front porch so that the pizza delivery person could find the door. Not bad, as these things go. But I wonder now: did Greta Garbo ever make a movie with Bela Lugosi?
