It's Andrew Collins, former sidekick of Stuart Maconie, occasional scriptwriter for various soap operas, and author of a couple of fun books of reminiscences of his dull childhood. These days he's mostly rent-a-talking-head on "I Love 2004 Instant Nostalgia Plebfiller".
